VALLEY CITY, Ohio -- A scant threat of rain literally overshadowing Mill Stream Park for the annual Valley City Frog Jump July 20 did nothing to dampen the enthusiasm of the participants and visitors.
The annual frog jump on the lawn at the California Capitol marks the beginning of summer, but it's also a chance to put politics aside and concentrate on leaping forward, together, as a state.
