Extremely pleased with AR350. Used this for my pool patio travertine tiles and fire pit floor with pavers, and I am extremely pleased with the finish. Two years ago I had someone seal the same areas with another, cheaper product, and it turned out OK. This year, after doing some research I came across the AR350 and after reading the reviews, decided to give it a try. It was a more expensive, but the finish between the two products is significant. AR350 really brought back the tiles' original finish and gives it that wet look. The extra cost is well worth the outcome. Unfortunately I didn't take a "before" photo to be able to show a before and after comparison, but if I did, my photos would look similar to those on Foundation Armor's website. This time I did it myself. It's easy to apply, and I simply followed the directions. I used a paint brush for some of the edges and a roller for the rest. It was just like painting a wall. I was cautious around the actual pool edges and I could see some splatter getting into the pool, but I trust the filter will take care of that. I highly recommend AR350 for the superior finish. You can get a cheaper sealer, but I can say from experience, the AR350 is a superior product. And shipping is super fast.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased 20 gallons to apply two coats to my 15oo sq ft driveway. I must admit I was a bit concerned as I had always used the Big Box latex products in the past. The first coat took 2-1/4 hours to apply. I used a 1/2" roller and as I have pavers that slightly taper off on the corners was not able to completely get the product into said corners. I would recommend a 3/4" nap roller if you have a similar situation. The final results are great with a deeper, richer looking finish on the pavers. I did wait until 5:30PM to start application as living in S. Florida the sun really heats up the pavers. I recorded 85, 105 and 113 degrees respectfully on my driveway from shaded to full late sun areas. The next morning I did not see any bubbling or clouding. I did apply the product in a vertical/horizontal and then diagonal process so I tried to get the best coverage and minimize any pooling or over-application. I got just over 150 sq ft/gallon coverage on freshly laid pavers. My 2nd coat required less product. I did use a mask to try to mitigate the fumes. It's a good product.

Purchased 1 gallon of this Armor AR350 Acrylic Sealer after much research into concrete sealers, and read many favorable reviews on contractors sites. Came packaged well, and 1 gallon just covered our 16x16 patio. applied using a garden type sprayer and then rolling it out. I thought it looked good after just one coat. But we bought another gallon to apply a second coat and mixed the Armor Non-Slip Additive into this second coat. Put 4 oz of Non-Slip into the gallon jug and shook it up well to mix it. Then applied it with a roller from a plastic paint tray. Shaking the jug thoroughly before each pour. The gallon easily covered the second coat with sealer to spare and I used it on the sides of the patio also. The second coat brought out the color on our patio even more, and it looks as good as it did when it was first put in 7 years ago. Without a doubt we will be using this product again in the future. and the ease of application means I won't be waiting 7 more years to do it again. \n\nI Highly recommend this Armor AS350 Sealer and the Non-Slip Additive.

This is my third time using the AR350 sealant. I have a stamped concrete patio, driveway, 2 walkways and front stoop. In 2018, I just did one coat on everything. It looked good but in 2020, it seemed to be starting to go, especially on the patio which is a shady area, so I resealed in 2020 and did 2 coats on everything. 4 years later, it still looks good but I decided to try the semi-transparent color for a two color look on the patio and am very happy with the result. I did the first coat in 2 colors and the second coat just with the clear. The concrete was originally sealed with a flat siloxane sealer which seemed to get dirty pretty fast with black moss or algae, especially in the shady patio area. Since using this, it doesn’t get as dirty and is easier to clean. The hardest part of doing this is finding 5-7 days in a row when the weather is going to cooperate and there isn’t a lot of stuff falling from the trees. I used a roller and brush and everything went pretty easily. Just did the patio this time. Will probably do the rest next year.

We purchased our garden home in Alabama with a back patio that had been pressure washed so much the aggregate is showing on the original section and the new section with a structure had mildew issues. After some research, we purchased a 5 gallon pail Foundation Armor AR350 online. Shipping was included in the cost which made it even more appealing. We used a 4” brush for edges and an 18” roller with pole to apply each coat. Directions were clear. We filled a couple of cracks with clear silicone. They do warn you about the smell. We in turn warned our neighbors. It compares to lighter fluid in all our opinions. First coat was sucked in so much my husband was afraid we wouldn’t have enough for a whole second coat, but we did with some to spare! We waited 48 hours in between coats due to a rain. Smell dissipated in roughly in that time period for each coat. It has been a little over a month and the product has delivered on promise! We are very satisfied and have already recommended to friends and neighbors!

I have just completed applying Foundation Armor AR350 Wet Look Concrete Sealer and it looks great. My driveway needed a reseal since it was originally done 2 years ago. I had noticed that the look had become dull and rain didn’t run off as it had. I found Foundation Armor online and decided to try their product. With free shipping here on Walmart it was a easy decision. I bought the 5 gallon and it arrived in a few days. Application seemed easy. I used a hand pump sprayer to give a quick coat of an area and then I also used a roller on an extension handle to smooth it all and make sure the product was applied to all areas. Of course I had cleaned the driveway with a water hose down a day before making sure the concrete clean and dry and also did a hand sweep before application. Now my stamped concrete driveway looks new again and rain quickly runs off. I’ll be using Foundation Armor again. A neighbor has already asked about it so it looks like a good product will be sold again.

I just used this product on my 2 car inside concrete garage floor and cover front porch. I also used the fine extra grip and I’m very glad I did. My concrete was sealed along time ago with acrylic and had mostly wore off, so I needed to seal it but I desperately needed something with texture because the floor finish is like glass and very slippery when wet. \r\nThis product rolled on smoothly, I used a standard roller 3/8 nap and extended handle. It was 85 in the shade and was easy to track my coverage.\r\nThe texture additive does require stirring/ shaking to keep it all suspended, which is expected but it rolls out fine. \r\nI recommend reading all the instructions prior for both products they do a great job explaining everything. \r\nI’ve included several pictures. The shipping from Home Depot was very fast, 3 days, and the price was the same as other outlets. \r\nHighly recommend.

The AR350 concrete sealer did exactly what the company claimed it would do. \r\nI was careful to follow the directions exactly as recommended. I had not put anything on the walkway in over 10 years and my stamped concrete was restored to it’s original colour. My walkway is 6 X 15 ft and I ordered the 1 gallon. I got 2 coats out of the gallon and have enough for another coat……probably will put on in the spring, after I see how it does through a winter in Buffalo, NY. I used a 3/8” nap roller, did the edges first with a brush to make sure they were well coated and added a gripper additive to the 2nd coat. People that have seen it can’t believe the difference. I’d give this product 10 stars if I could.

I used the 1 gallon garden sprayer many other reviewers used while my father followed me and rolled it on with a long extender roller and the roller recommended by home depot that doesn’t leave nap residue behind . I would do it the same way again as we attained beautiful, consistent coverage with no cloudy effects at all. Thank you for a high quality product and providing customer support info if it’s needed (I did not!).

This product was shipped from New Hampshire to Nevada and came in a very sturdy box, well packaged and no leaks. I power washed my 1400 SF patio the day before, then used a leaf blower the next day before applying this product with a paint roller. It went on easily, only using about 2-3 gallons for the patio, so the coverage was good. It was easy to apply, and looks really good. Water beads up on it, and the beautiful paver color is now exposed \n I was a little apprehensive because I have used box store products which only last for 2-3 months. The reviews on this product says it will last 2-3 years. Hopefully that is true. I'm very happy in the short run.
