Fun fact: all @cirrusaircraft have a parachute. I'm not talking about for the pilots, I mean for the PLANE! Cirrus is first & currently only company in the industry to include a whole airframe parachute as standard equipment on all certified aircraft models. The rocket-propelled parachute can be deployed when the plane is 600 feet in the air to lower the entire aircraft to the ground in an emergency.
