According to Matthew Goode, David, his character in Four Kids and It, is a bit geeky (it takes one to know one - golf anyone?), fairly level-headed and almost overly positive, in contrast to Matthew, who is a bit more cynical after 20 years spent in the movie industry (he could have fooled us with his relentless enthusiasm in interviews lol).
