Did you know you can use ribs to help you center your clay? Here I’m throwing a mini pot on a small wheel and I use a curved rib to mould the clay into a symmetrical centered pot. Using tools then makes throwing easier too. And you can fire these pots the same day because they dry so fast! I bisque and then raku this pottery in my microwave kiln. Such a fun process!
